For customers with a delivery address in Italy, France, Germany and Spain


1. What can I do if I have not received a confirmation email after my purchase and/or the product does not appear in “Orders”, even though the payment has been made?
If you have completed the payment but have not received a confirmation email and/or your products do not appear in “Orders”, you can contact our support service via the form available in the “Support” section. The SDF team will get back to you with all the necessary information. Please also remember to check your email’s SPAM folder.

2. When will I receive my products?
You will receive your products within 3 to 10 working days.

3. Can I track my orders on the SDF Store?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and information about your order. If your order has already been shipped, log in, go to your “Profile” area and click on “Orders”; there you will find the tracking number.

For customers with a delivery address in other countries


1. Where can I buy SAME and DEUTZ-FAHR products?
If you do not have a delivery address in Italy, France, Germany or Spain, you can purchase SAME and DEUTZ-FAHR products from one of their dealers. To find the nearest dealer, go to the SAME / DEUTZ-FAHR dealer locator section and enter your city. There you will find the dealer’s address and contact details.

2. Will it be possible to purchase products directly from this website even if my delivery address is in another country?
This is not planned at the moment.

3. Are the prices shown on the SDF Store valid for my country?
The prices of SAME and DEUTZ-FAHR products include VAT. The VAT rate shown corresponds to the country for which the SDF Store is intended; for example: sdfstore.it = Italian VAT, sdfstore.de = German VAT, sdfstore.pt = Portuguese VAT, etc.
