- What is SDF Store and what products can I find?
SDF Store is the official e-commerce website of SDF Group, where you can find exclusive merchandising products of the SAME and DEUTZ-FAHR brands.
- Why register?
By registering you have the opportunity to stay up-to-date on the latest news and promotions. You will have the opportunity to contact us by accessing the "Support" section, and you can also create your own wishlist and shopping cart with exclusive products from the SAME and DEUTZ-FAHR collections.
It is still possible to browse without registering.
- How can I ask for support?
If you need to contact us, register with SDF Store, go to the "Profile" menu and enter the "Support" section. Select the topic of your request and write us a message. The SDF Team will email you back to give you the assistance you need.
- Can I change the language of the site?
Yes, you can change the language directly in the menu at the top right of the Homepage, or by going to your "Profile" area and entering the "Language" section.
ACCOUNT
- How can I register on the SDF Store?
From the homepage click on the icon in the upper right corner "Register". Complete the form with the required information, taking care to fill in all fields correctly. At the end of the procedure you will receive an email with a link to activate your account. Once activated, registration will be completed and you will receive a welcome email.
- What if my account appears to already exist and I cannot register on the site?
If the system recognizes your email as already registered but you do not remember your password, create a new password through the password recovery process. Click on the "Forgot password?" button. The system will send you an email with a link to generate a new password.
- I did not receive the activation link via email. What should I do?
Wait a few minutes and try checking your mailbox again, verifying that the mail did not end up in the spam box. If you do not receive any e-mails, try registering again, taking care to enter your e-mail address correctly.
- What can I do if I forget my password?
You can create a new password using the "Forgot password?" option on the login page. After entering the email address you registered with, you will receive a link to set a new password.
- How can I add or edit my addresses?
You can edit your addresses directly in the "Addresses" section in your "Profile" area. Locate the address you want to edit and click "Edit."
If you wish to register additional shipping addresses instead, click on "New," fill in all fields and save. The new address will be registered in the system, and during order confirmation you will be able to select it.
- How do I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your account, enter your "Profile" and go to the "Support" section. Fill out the form with the necessary information. Your request will be taken care of by the SDF team.
PURCHASING GUIDE
- Can I save products before I buy them?
Yes, after logging in you can add products you are interested in to your Wishlist by clicking on the heart icon. These will remain saved in the "Wishlist" in the upper right corner until you decide to make changes. In fact, at a later time you can decide to remove them or add them to your shopping cart to proceed with your purchase.
- Where and how can I see shipping costs?
Shipping costs will be visible after you confirm your shopping cart and enter the shipping address at which you wish to receive your goods,
- What payment methods can I use?
You can use Visa and MasterCard payment circuits to make your purchases.
- What can I do if during payment the page closes unexpectedly/returns an error?
If you were unable to finalize your payment, the system will save your order in "Orders". From here, you will be able to view the summary of your order. Under "Payment," its status will be "Pending." You will then be able to proceed with payment by clicking on "Retry Payment." Once the payment is successful, the status will be ""Paid" and you will receive a confirmation email.
ORDERS AND DELIVERIES
- What can I do if I have not received an email confirmation after purchase and/or the product has not appeared in 'Orders' but payment has been made?
If you have made payment but have not received confirmation by email and/or your products do not appear in "Orders" you can contact our support via the form provided in the "Support" section. The SDF Team will get back to you with all the information you need. Always remember to check the SPAM box of your e-mail.
- How soon will I receive my products?
You will receive your products between 3 and 10 working days.
- Can I track my orders from SDF Store?
Upon dispatch you will receive an email containing the tracking number and information about your order. If your order has already been shipped, log in, access your "Profile" area and click on "Orders", you will find the tracking number for tracking within that.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
- Is there a warranty for the products for sale?
All of our products are covered by warranty as indicated by the terms of the law (see the general terms and conditions of sale).
- Can I request a return?

- How can I request a return?
The procedure is simple: once you receive the product, log in and enter your "Profile," click on "Orders," select the order concerned and click on "Return Request." Select the products you want to return, choose the reason and, if you wish, leave a comment. Once the request is complete, the SDF team will contact you to complete the transaction.
- When will I receive my refund?
After we receive the returned product, verify its condition, and accept your return request, you will receive your refund, which will be made using the same payment method you chose for your purchase. In case your return request is not accepted, you will be contacted by email.
- Who should I send the return merchandise to?
The SDF team will tell you the address to ship the goods to and give you directions on the procedure to follow. It will be your responsibility to properly package the item to be returned by attaching the correct documentation and take care of the shipping. All products must be returned as new and in their original packaging, including any parts and accessories.
- Is it possible to make a size exchange?
No, we cannot change the sizes of clothing items ordered. You will need to return the size you ordered and place a new order with the correct size.
- Do I have to pay the return shipping cost?
You are responsible for the cost of returning items.
